Shipping & Returns

Delivery
 Items will be shipped 2-3 days after receiving the order. In general, it can take about 3-10 working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery means you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud control department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
  Order Tracking
 It allows us to track your order at the click of a mouse. When the shipment is confirmed, you will receive a reference number in your confirmation e-mail. This does not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from Hong Kong without any additional costs.
  What will I be charged for shipping?
 Shipping and handling vary greatly depending on the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when ordering.
  How do I track my shipment?
 We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would like to send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
  What if I do not get my shipment?
 Please allow up to 10 business days for the item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please arrive by clicking on 'Contact Us' button on the website. We will reply as soon as possible.
  How do I ship items to another address?
 During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It may be different from your billing address of the credit card. You can specify any address ship.
  Returns
 At www.thewhiskandladle.ca your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long term business between us, we offer the return and instructions Rates. Before you want to return the goods, please contact us by e-mail to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you need not to send anything back.
 Replacing
 Within 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced with the following condition. You need to send us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping costs for the replaced products that we ship you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment is complete, we will replace the items sent from you.
  Refunds
 We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase (From the date products were received, Please note that www.thewhiskandladle.ca is not responsible for return shipping costs.) If you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: 'Our professional quality control that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. Products purchased will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its problems quality are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)
  Return and partial refund
 Our website can not give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
 
 "The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
 "The product is not what I did imagine it to be."
 
 In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we apply a 15% restocking fee based on the total amount of the order and give you a partial refund.
