Cosmopolitan Champagne Cocktail
Here is one of my favourite New Year’s Eve cocktails, not too sweet, beautiful colour and festive with the cranberries! Also, I adore that it is mostly made ahead, so there is no messing about when your guests are arriving!

Method
Stir together Cointreau, juices, and sugar and chill, covered, 2 to 6 hours. Just before serving, divide among 10 Champagne flutes and top off with Champagne. Garnish with skewers of sugared cranberries
