Chicken breast simmered in a rich creme fraiche Madeira sauce with wild mushrooms and shallots. Best served with bread for dipping!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Dark chocolate cookie base filled with a light peanut butter cream. Smothered in dark chocolate and roasted peanuts. Ridiculously good! Served frozen.
